Ryan grew up in the front range of Colorado, and spent that time snowboarding, climbing, and exploring the mountains at his front door. This quickly turned into a passion for the outdoors which led him to seek out professional certification specifically in rock climbing and avalanche education. You can find Ryan at any of the climbing areas in the front range and further, such as Eldorado Canyon, Boulder Banyon, and the famous Rocky Mountain National Park. In Ryan’s eyes the best part of guiding is seeing people turn their interest in outdoor recreation into a passion, and loves to be the person to help that process.
