Romel Sandoval

Guides in Ecuador. Romel has been involved in outdoor sports in Ecuador for most of his life, and he has been working as a mountain guide for since the year 2000. An ASEGUIM certified mountain guide, he also holds a degree in environmental engineering. Romel’s extensive climbing background includes all of the major mountains of Ecuador, as well as several 6,000-meter peaks in the rest of the Andes. His deep knowledge of the mountains and culture of Ecuador makes him an especially enjoyable trip leader.
