Krista Eytchison
Leave No Trace Level 2 Instructor, Wilderness First Responder
A native of Washington state, Krista has logged numerous ascents in the North Cascades, Red Rock Canyon, Joshua Tree National Park, and in the Andes of Bolivia and Peru. She is an avid outdoorswoman and a former elementary art teacher. She is a graduate of liberal arts from Western Washington University and arts education from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. In her spare time, she enjoys backpacking, snowshoeing, climbing, arts, crafts, yoga, tap dancing, road trips, and exploring the outdoors with her family.
Krista has coordinated AAI’s programs in the desert Southwest, the Sierra Nevada, Asia and the European Alps and instructs Leave No Trace, snowshoeing and backpacking programs.
