Angela called in with a dispatch at 2:15 pm on June 3rd:
“Hi everyone! Yesterday moved up to High Camp and we’re now at 17,000 feet. Yesterday morning, we woke up above the cloud line at 14 Camp. It was incredible! It was cold and windy but sunny on ridge. It took us about 7 hours total. Today, it’s more of the same, cold and windy, and we’re all hunkered down in our tents for the time being. Everyone is enjoying their freeze dried food, though! The plan for the next few days is simple: head for the summit as soon as we get a decent weather window. I hope that’s tomorrow. I’ll call you from the top!”
