“Hello! This is Mary! It’s all smiles today and everyone is doing great. We’ve now at 11,200 feet. We had perfect weather yesterday. In fact, it got pretty hot during the hike! As soon as we reached 10, 400 feet, we had to layer up because it turned very, very cold. But, we sucked it up and pushed through. We got in at about 10:30 pm last night. It may seem like slow progress, but it’s not due to team effort. Everyone is moving efficiently and very well. It’s just the weather that keeps us back sometimes. We’ve had a late start this morning….”
