Update Received: June 2, 2014. 12:57pmPST. Team 3 woke up early in the morning with every intent to move up to High Camp, but after breakfast they saw big plumes of snow blowing off the ridge indicating high winds, they chose to remain at camp. Some of the team members used the day to go for a hike to about 15,500′ on the West Rib. While descending back to camp, they saw many of the other teams that had headed out in the morning retreating back due to the winds. They will try again on the 3rd to move up to 17,200′.
