Update Received: May 15, 2014. 11:45am PST. Yesterday, Team 1 woke up to some more windy weather so they took their time eating a pancake and sausage breakfast. By the time they finished and broke down camp the sun was on them and the wind had dissipated. The team was able to move through Windy Corner in calm, sunny weather and on up to 14,000′. After 8 hours of uphill walking and making camp the team was able to settled in around 11:00pm. Everyone’s spirits are high and staying strong!
