Adam Gellman
Adam grew up in the urban sprawl of New York City but escaped to the woods of the Northeast as soon as he could. There he found his love for teaching climbing as well as the gritty New England sport of ice climbing. After spending a few seasons bouncing back and forth between the Matanuska Glacier in Alaska and the Green Mountains of Vermont, Adam moved to the Cascades to continue to work as a guide and educator. When he is not in the mountains, he enjoys playing folk music and woodcarving.
