Mike Pond called at 10:36pm PST on May 13th with the following dispatch: Mike Pond representing the constituancies of Team 1 and 2 here. We made it to Camp 2 which is at 11,200 ft. Alasdair, Aili and company are here with us and are heading down the mountain. Team 1 had to turn back due to inclement weather.
Chad is at Base Camp with a climber who will be flying out soon. The climber is doing fine and will be contacting family soon. Chad will hopefully be coming up tonight hopefully by midnight. We’re going to be getting up early and are planning on making a cache at Windy Corner. Hopefully we can take advantage of good weather while we have it.
